This page describes the selection process
for the traineeship, ING Talent Programme.
Before you can start in one of the ING Talent
Programmes, you’ll have to get through the following procedure:

Step 1
|
We assess your curriculum vitae,
grades and letter. In the letter we’re looking
for:
- why you’re interested in financial services and
why in ING
- your motivation for wanting to join one of the
ITP tracks
|

Step 2
|
If your written application gets the thumbs up,
we’ll invite you for an online assessment.
- You will do 3 different ability
tests
- If you meet the minimum requirement, you’ll be
asked to fill in a personality questionnaire, which takes
about 45 minutes

Step 3
|
After the online assessment you will be
interviewed by two interviewers.
- This takes place in Amsterdam, as soon as the
online assessment is completed
|

Step 4
|
Assessment Centre by an external
bureau
|
|
Step 5
|
Panel interview with
management
|
Completed all the steps successfully?
Then you’ll be welcomed aboard as a trainee,
and received with a permanent contract.
On average, the selection procedure takes six weeks.
